This site belongs to INNO LTD. This page says what is collected here, why, who it is shared with and how long it is kept. It is written from what the site actually does, not from a template.
What you send us
The contact form: name, phone, email, company, website and the annual media budget you picked. It is stored here in WordPress and emailed to us.
The application form: name, phone, email, LinkedIn, a free-text message and your CV file. CVs are kept in a folder closed to the web and opened only through the admin or a signed link that expires after 30 days.
Kept with every form, without you typing it: the IP address it was sent from, the browser string, and the page you sent it from. If you accepted cookies, your screen size, browser language and time zone are kept with it too. The IP and browser are what we use to spot automated submissions and to rate-limit; the rest credits the right campaign.
A contact enquiry goes to our CRM with all of those fields, the IP and browser among them. A job application goes without them: its IP and browser stay here.
What your browser leaves
This site runs no advertising and sells nothing about you. What is stored in your browser is:

Choose "Necessary only" and the measurement line is never written; nothing about this visit goes anywhere unless you send us a form yourself.
Why we use it
To get back to you, and to know which campaign produced an enquiry. That is our trade, and we hold ourselves to the same measure. And to handle job applications.
Who it is shared with
Our CRM: every enquiry and application is sent to it automatically, with the fields you filled in and the campaign data.
Our host and mail provider: they process the messages on the way to us.
Cloudflare R2: the showreel videos on this site are served from there.
Google Tag Manager: where a container is configured, it loads our measurement and marketing tags. All of them start blocked and are released only if you accept in the cookie banner.
Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts: the typefaces load from their servers, so your IP address reaches them when the page loads. That happens on every site using these fonts, and it happens whether or not you accept.
We do not sell data and we do not pass it to advertisers.
How long
Enquiries and applications are kept for as long as they are relevant to the business relationship or to hiring. CVs are kept for recruiting only. The measurement line deletes itself after 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see what is held about you, to correct it or to delete it. You can also change your mind about cookies: clearing this site's storage in your browser brings the banner back and resets the choice.
