Your Roll?
As the Media Buying Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing client onboarding for all media channels.
- Establishing media-buying infrastructure across marketing platforms.
- Creating and managing ongoing campaigns with a focus on KPIs to improve performance.
- Analyzing creative performance daily and defining quantitative goals based on business type and client needs.
- Prioritizing campaign optimization to maximize results.
- Producing weekly performance reports.
- Conducting weekly and monthly client meetings to review campaign performance.
The Requirements?
Availability for a full-time position.
Experience
- 1–2 years proven experience managing performance marketing/media-buying campaigns, with a strong emphasis on e‑commerce.
Platform experience (proven skills required)
- Google Ads — 2 years required.
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — 2 years required.
- TikTok — experience preferred (advantageous).
- Taboola & Outbrain — experience preferred (advantageous).
- LinkedIn — experience preferred (advantageous).
Marketing infrastructure & tracking (proven skills required)
- Google Tag Manager — define tags and implement conversion tracking.
- Meta Business Manager — complete setup, including pages, Instagram connection, Pixel, data sets, Conversion API, Events Manager, ad account audiences, and integrations.
- Google ecosystem — full Google Ads account setup with conversion tags, Google Analytics configuration and website integration, Google Merchant Center setup and integration, Google My Business setup, event & conversion tracking, and cross-tool integrations.
- TikTok — Business Manager setup, profile connection, Pixel/data set implementation, event tracking, ad account audiences and integrations, catalog and commerce manager setup.
- Taboola/Outbrain — ad account setup, audience creation, asset integrations, Pixel/data set implementation, and Tag Manager tracking.
- Catalog and commerce integrations — set up product catalogs and commerce manager connections across CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
Core competencies
- Advanced conversion tracking and events management across platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience conducting in-depth business and competitor analyses.
- Media strategy and tactical planning for performance campaigns.
- AI tools expertise — required.
- Copywriting skills for ad creative and testing.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication.
- High-level English proficiency.
- Tools & other preferences
- Familiarity with ClickUp — preferred.
- Experience managing client portfolios — preferred.
