Your Roll?
As the creative & social manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Content & Creative Management:
- Ongoing client management in the creative aspect.
- Creative design for the performance department (Media Buying)
- Management of creative suppliers and production teams.
- Content Plan and storyboard creation for video & photoshoot productions.
- Video editing and social media graphic design.
- Newsletter design for our customers.
- Creative design for websites.
- Content Gantt Creation according to the overall marketing strategy of our clients.
Social Management:
- Managing social media clients on an ongoing basis.
- Conducting content and creative research on social networks.
- Creating a social strategy for the customers.
- Monthly Gantt planning for publishing content on social networks according to the social strategy.
- Designing and creating content according to Gantt.
- Uploading and scheduling the content on social networks for our customers.
- Managing social media providers, influencers, and content creators.
- Initial response on social media for our clients.
The Requirements?
- Full-time position from Sunday to Thursday with a total scope of 190 monthly hours paid globally.
- Certificate/degree studies in the field of visual communication/graphic design – not mandatory, yet priority will be given.
- Graphic design and video editing skills:
- Full control of graphic design software – Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop/similar software – Mandatory.
- Full control of video editing software – Adobe Premiere/similar Apps, Capcut/Videolip/Capshens/similar social video editing tools – Mandatory.
- UX design and UI design skills – not mandatory, yet priority will be given.
- Social Photoshoot production skills – Mandatory
- Deep familiarity with social network management systems:
- Facebook & Instagram – Mandatory
- TikTok – not mandatory, yet priority will be given.
- LinkedIn – not required, but preferred.
- Basic copywriting skills – Mandatory.
- Amazing human relations – Mandatory.
- High-level English, both spoken and written – Mandatory.
- Experience in client management – not mandatory, yet priority will be given.
