We are looking for a true multi-disciplinary talent—someone who can design stunning visuals, edit engaging videos, write punchy copy, and isn’t afraid to manage Creative Projects and pick up a camera.
The Roll:
Ready to be our ultimate creative powerhouse? As our Creative Manager & Designer, you won’t just execute—you’ll lead. You will act as the one-stop shop for our clients’ visual and textual magic, owning everything from high-level strategy to pixel-perfect execution across four main pillars:
1. Project Management & Client Success
Drive the Work: Take full ownership of exciting digital projects—from web development and design to killer social media content and creative production.
AI-Driven Efficiency: Leverage advanced AI tools and prompt engineering to streamline workflows, optimize project planning, and manage timelines, achieving maximum operational output with minimal overhead.
Lead the Squad: Guide, manage, and synchronize our talented internal teams to make the magic happen on time and on budget.
Champion the Client: Be the ultimate partner to our clients. You will manage the relationship from day one, keeping them updated, confident, and thrilled with the results.
2. Graphic & UI/UX Design
Make it Pop: Whip up high-end, scroll-stopping graphic assets for social media (both organic and performance) and newsletters.
AI-Powered Visuals: Act as an absolute master of AI design generators (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.). You know how to craft the perfect prompts to generate stunning visuals, assets, and UI elements, maximizing creative quality while drastically reducing production time and resources.
Shape the Experience: Lead the charge on web UX/UI design. You’ll craft digital interfaces that aren’t just stunning to look at, but incredibly intuitive and seamless for the user.
3. Video Editing & Content Creation
Next-Gen AI Editing: Seamlessly integrate cutting-edge AI video generation and editing tools into your daily workflow. Through expert prompt engineering, you create top-tier video assets, scripts, and effects at lightning speed, doing much more with less.
Master the Feed: Produce and edit killer video content and high-converting ads for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
Capture the Moment: Get hands-on. You’ll be on the ground capturing original social media content (stills and video) during shoots and events to keep our feeds fresh and authentic.
4. Copywriting & Strategy
Nail the Messaging: Write sharp, witty, and high-converting copy in both Hebrew and English. Words matter, and yours drive action.
Strategize & Innovate: Dive deep into creative research to build strategies that actually work in the real world.
Prompt Engineering Ninja: You don’t just “use” AI—you engineer it. Build brilliant strategies, ideate campaigns, and write flawless copy by feeding precise, advanced prompts into LLMs. You know how to extract superhuman content output and pinpoint accuracy with maximum efficiency.
What’s in Your Creative Arsenal? (Requirements)
Pixel Perfect (Visuals): Full mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva. You dream in vectors and layers, and know how to make any asset pop. (Mandatory)
Video Mastermind (Video): Expert-level control of heavy-duty software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) AND social-first mobile apps (CapCut, Videoleap, Captions). You know exactly how to make timelines sing and thumbs stop scrolling. (Mandatory)
The Wordsmith (Copy): Exceptional, sharp, and converting copywriting skills in both English and Hebrew. (Mandatory)
UX/UI Architect (Web): Proven experience crafting beautiful, intuitive web interfaces. You live and breathe Figma and know how to build bulletproof Design Systems. (Mandatory)
AI & Prompt Engineering Wizard (Tech): Deep, hands-on expertise in leveraging AI tools for creative production. You don’t just use AI; you manipulate it with master-level prompt engineering to generate mind-blowing text, visuals, and video at record speed. (Mandatory)
The Lens Guru (Photography/Filming): Hands-on social media filming and photography skills, whether on a pro camera or just a high-end smartphone. (Significant Advantage – Priority will be given)
Who you are:
A People Person: You have amazing human relations, infinite patience, and you genuinely love working with people and collaborating with a team.
A Communicator: You possess high-level English (both spoken and written) and can articulate complex creative ideas effortlessly.
All-In: You are ready and available to dive into a full-time position.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Real-world experience in client management and keeping stakeholders happy.
A degree or certificate in Visual Communication.
(Nice to have): Familiarity with the backend of social network management systems (LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, etc.).
