Your Roll?
As a customer success manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Strategically manage ongoing client portfolios.
- Conduct comprehensive competitive analyses across various aspects, including creative, performance, and brand positioning.
- Maintain regular communication through ongoing meetings with clients.
- Develop and oversee cross-platform marketing strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
- Create detailed marketing tactical plans for clients.
- Manage our team to ensure task completion according to established plans.
- Generate and present performance marketing activity reports for clients.
- Oversee the entire onboarding process for new clients.
- Establish specific KPI targets based on each client’s business activities and goals.
- Craft creative briefs, including storyboards, for client needs.
- Optimize performance marketing strategies and maintain KPI benchmarks.
The Requirements?
- Availability for a full-time position.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Extensive experience in client management across diverse industries.
- Deep experience in developing cross-platform marketing strategy with an emphasis on 3 aspects:
- Customer acquisition
- Customer retention and marketing automation
- Conversion rate optimization
- Experience in creating detailed creative briefs for clients.
- A degree or certification in marketing or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; however, candidates with a relevant educational background will be given priority.
- In-depth knowledge and performance-driven experience with the following platforms:
- Meta – IG & FB
- Outbrain/Taboola
- TikTok
- Strong PPC and campaign management skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Basic copywriting skills.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English at an advanced level.
